SHB-D801 Crack filling adhesive is A, B two-component modified epoxy low viscosity liquid adhesive suitable for 0.5~3mm wide fine cracks.

Application scope

·Cement repair of cracks in concrete Bridges, houses, water conservancy, road and other projects.

·Concrete, brick and other members of the gap perfusion bond, repair and reinforcement role.

·The internal defects of concrete (honeycomb, loose) are repaired by cementing.

· Crack cleaning: If the seam is blocked by dirt dust, it can be sucked out by a small industrial vacuum cleaner. The concrete surface of about 5cm along both sides of the crack should be wiped with a wet cloth to remove dust, but be careful not to let water into the joint.

· Paste base: the rubber injection base should be pasted with SHB-D802 sealing rubber, and the spacing of the rubber injection base is related to the width of the crack. When the number of cracks is large, the specific method is as follows: First, paste medical white tape on the crack location where the rubber base is expected to be affixed, and then brush the sealing glue back and forth along the crack with a narrow brush to make the crack closed. After about 10 minutes, remove the tape strip to reveal the small slit.

· Close cracks: Use sealing glue to seal the small cracks reserved for the base seat. The whole base should be wrapped tightly with sealing glue. After curing, there may be cracks around the side, which must be patched repeatedly with sealing glue to avoid leakage during injection.

· Leakage test: Leakage test should be carried out crack by crack. For each connected crack, plug the rubber injection base with a plug first, leave a rubber injection base with a low pressure syringe to pressure the air, and apply soapy water on the closed crack for leakage test.

· Glue preparation: The glue injection operation is generally carried out on the second day of the glue injection base, when the temperature is above 30℃, the glue can be injected in half a day. Before gluing, prepare SHB-D801 sealant, pour A and B components of the sealant into a plastic cup, and mix evenly according to the prescribed weight ratio for use.

· Inject glue: Use a low-pressure syringe to absorb the sealant, insert the adhesive base, and push the piston of the low-pressure syringe with your hand to push the prepared sealant into the crack through the adhesive base. When the glue flows out of the adjacent adhesive base, you can pull out the low-pressure syringe, plug up the plug, and move the low-pressure syringe to the adjacent adhesive base for repeated glue injection. Vertical seam, generally from the bottom to the glue, horizontal seam, from one end to the other end one by one glue. If the crack is fine, the gel can be automatically pressurized using the elastic device on the low pressure syringe.

· Second injection: In order to ensure that the glue is full of cracks, about half an hour after injection, each injection base can be injected with glue again.

· Quality inspection: The strength development of the sealant has a great relationship with the ambient temperature. Generally (20 ~ 25℃) it begins to cure after 1 day and reaches the required strength after 1 month. To check the quality of the injection joint, a small hollow drill can be used to drill the core sample across the joint for inspection.


Notes

·SHB-D801 Crack filling adhesive shall be well-ventilated, and the adhesive surface shall be clean and free of oil stains during preparation and construction.

· The curing temperature shall not be lower than 5℃, the curing time shall not be less than 3 days when the ambient temperature is 20-25℃, and the curing time shall not be less than 7 days when the average temperature is 10℃.

· Gloves, masks, goggles, safety hats and other protective equipment must be provided during construction.

· If accidentally on the skin or clothing, can be washed with acetone and plenty of water rinse.

· If ingested or spilled into eyes, seek medical attention immediately.

· Glue for ultra-low temperature or high temperature environment, can be specially produced.
