SHB-601 Engineering Reinforced Injectable Reinforcement Glue
SHB-601 Inject-type anchor adhesive - Engineering reinforced is A, B two-component modified epoxy resin adhesive, using a special injection gun injection, the two components are fully mixed in the static mixer, directly injected into the hole. It has the characteristics of rapid solidification, strong anchoring force, similar to embedment, no expansion stress, good seismic performance, convenient and fast without adhesive use, anti-aging, good resistance to media (acid, alkali, salt) and so on. Passed the type inspection of GB/T 37127-2018 "Anchorage adhesive for Concrete Structure Engineering".

Note:
When the ambient temperature is lower than -5℃, the curing time can be extended according to the above table. |
·Thoroughly clean the drilling hole before rebar planting, and rotate the rod body into the hole. If there is no glue flowing out of the hole, the rod body must be pulled out and re-injected with glue. It is strictly forbidden to touch the rod body before curing.
· The glue in the first tube of static mixer should be discarded and not used.
· The unused glue can be cleaned out after the glue mouth, tighten the bottle cap, and continue to use next time.
· Wear gloves, masks, goggles, safety hats and other protective equipment during construction; If accidentally on the skin or clothing, use acetone and a lot of water to clean; If ingested or spilled into eyes, seek medical attention immediately.
