SHB-B604 epoxy building reinforcement adhesive
SHB-B604 epoxy building reinforcement adhesive is a two-component modified epoxy resin adhesive with A and B. It has high tensile strength, good compatibility with various base materials (concrete, brick, stone), and is resistant to aging. It is widely used in drilling anchoring steel bars and anchor bolts for structural reconstruction and reinforcement, equipment installation, etc. This product can be directly bonded to marble, granite and other stones on the wall, and can also be used for dry-hanging installation.

If the environmental temperature is below -5℃, the curing time can be appropriately extended according to the table below. |
1. Steel bar planting and anchor bolt anchoring in the reinforcement of various engineering building structures;
2. Anchorage of various equipment foundations;
3. Anchor support for the roof and wall of mine tunnels;
4. Railway and rail anchoring and rail insulation anchoring;
5. Installation and anchoring of curtain walls and installation and anchoring of chemical equipment, pipelines, billboards, etc.;
6. Various anchoring for water conservancy facilities, docks, highways, bridges and other projects.

1. Before planting the reinforcement, the drilled hole must be thoroughly cleaned, and the rod body must be rotated and implanted into the hole. If no glue flows out of the hole, the rod body must be pulled out and re-injected with glue. It is strictly forbidden to touch the rod body before it solidifies;
2. The glue must be mixed strictly according to the glue ratio of 3:1;
3. Glue must be prepared and used immediately. If there is unused glue in the bucket, you can close the lid tightly and continue to use it next time;
4. Protective equipment such as gloves, masks, goggles, and safety helmets must be worn during construction; if it accidentally gets on the skin or clothing, clean it with acetone and plenty of water; if it is accidentally eaten or splashes into the eyes, seek medical attention immediately.
