SHB-C701 adhesive steel structural adhesive is A, B two-component modified epoxy structural adhesive, mainly suitable for all kinds of reinforcement and renovation projects in the adhesive steel construction.
· Strong bonding and shearing force, suitable for steel-steel and steel-concrete bonding.
· Modified epoxy resin, free of styrene, safe and non-toxic.
· Good thixotropy, no flow in construction.
· Resistant to aging, acid, alkali and salt, fatigue and long-term stress.
· Strong impact resistance, seismic performance, good toughness.

· Paste steel plates on the exterior of concrete members in the reinforcement and renovation project.
· Self-adhesion and mutual adhesion of various building materials in civil engineering.
·Substrate treatment: Polish the bonding surface to remove the surface layer and loose layer until the new surface is exposed and dust is removed, and the dirt is cleaned with acetone.
·Steel plate treatment: Polish the bonding surface of the steel plate until it appears metallic luster, and drill holes according to the parts specified in the design drawings.
·Configure glue: Weigh SHB-C701 adhesive steel structure in accordance with the required proportion and fully mix and stir.
·Apply glue: Apply the surface of the steel plate and the substrate to be bonded, the thickness is 1~3mm, and make the glue thick in the middle and thin around the sides.
·Paste steel plate: Paste the coated steel plate in the specified part according to the design drawing, and immediately use chemical anchor bolt or expansion bolt to fix and pressurize.
·Curing: Do not move the glue before curing, and other operations can be carried out after curing.
·SHB-C701 adhesive steel structural adhesive shall be well ventilated during preparation and construction, and the adhesive surface shall be clean and free of oil stains.
· The curing temperature shall not be lower than 5℃, the curing time shall not be less than 3 days when the ambient temperature is 20-25℃, and the curing time shall not be less than 7 days when the average temperature is 10℃.
· Gloves, masks, goggles, safety hats and other protective equipment must be provided during construction.
· If accidentally on the skin or clothing, can be washed with acetone and plenty of water rinse.
· If ingested or spilled into eyes, seek medical attention immediately.
· Glue for ultra-low temperature or high temperature environment, can be specially produced.
