·Concrete members are reinforced by wet cladding steel plates.
·A large area of steel plate outside the bridge and other components is reinforced with cemented steel.
·The bearing capacity of the beam and column can be greatly improved by reliably connecting the Angle steel and steel hoop with the original concrete beam and column as a whole.
·Concrete members, brick members and wood members are reinforced by pouring and bonding of steel plates.
·Concrete cracks (1-5mm), internal defects (honeycomb, holes) grouting repair.
·Anchor bolts, secondary grouting of equipment bottom plate, epoxy resin free-flow floor construction.
· Substrate treatment: The concrete surface should be chiseled away the coating layer, and then polished with an Angle grinder to remove the 1-2mm thick surface. After polishing, use the compressed air machine to blow the floating dust, and finally wipe the floating dust with cotton cloth, keep dry for use.
· Steel plate treatment: cut, weld, install and fix the section steel according to the design size, and weld the plate to form a whole.
· Steel plate installation: SHB-D802 sealant should be used to close the gap between the Angle steel and the steel plate filling nozzle. The glue liquid should be evenly applied to avoid small holes and bubbles, and the thickness should not be less than 5mm to prevent bursting during pressure. The glue filling nozzle is arranged every 0.5 to 1 meter, and the exhaust nozzle is arranged on the top.
· Closed inspection: 24 hours after the joint is sealed, after the glue is initially cured, a layer of soapy water can be applied around the section steel and steel plate, compressed air can be used to check the sealing effect and understand the connectivity of the crack. If the air leakage part is found, it is re-sealed with glue.
· Preparation of glue: Weigh and fully mix SHB-C702 poured adhesive steel structural glue in accordance with the required ratio, SHB-C702 poured adhesive steel structural glue at 25℃, 0.4Mpa application period of about 33 minutes, it is recommended to use within 20 minutes after preparation. The increase of pressure and temperature, and the increase of single dispensing amount will cause the shortening of the application period.
· Glue injection: Start filling glue in order from low to high according to the glue filling nozzle. After a glue filling nozzle is released, the pre-connected transparent tube can be temporarily tied with a wire until the top exhaust nozzle is completely released.
· Static maintenance: After completion of construction, SHB-B604 epoxy building reinforcement adhesive or SHB-D802 sealing adhesive should be used to seal the steel plate completely, and anti-corrosion treatment should be carried out to achieve the design strength requirements after 7 days of maintenance.
·In the preparation of construction should be kept well ventilated, paste surface clean, no oil.
·The curing temperature is not less than 5℃, the curing time is not less than 3 days when the ambient temperature is 20-25℃, and the curing time is not less than 7 days when the average temperature is 10℃.
·Gloves, masks, goggles, safety hats and other protective equipment must be equipped during construction.
·If accidentally on the skin or clothing, can be washed with acetone and plenty of water rinse.
·If ingested or spilled into eyes, seek medical attention immediately.
·Glue for ultra-low temperature or high temperature environment, can be specially produced.
