  1. Product Introduction

    SHB-A501 carbon fiber cloth is a unidirectional woven carbon fiber reinforcement product, made from 12K carbon fiber filaments. It is used for the tensile, shear, and seismic reinforcement of structural components, suitable for dealing with increased building service loads, changes in engineering usage, material aging, concrete strength grades lower than design values, structural crack treatment, repair of components in harsh environments, and reinforcement for protection.

  2. Application Range

    1. Suitable for reinforcement and repair of various structural types and parts, such as beams, plates, columns, trusses, piers, bridges, cylindrical bodies, shell structures, etc.
    2. Suitable for strengthening and seismic reinforcement of concrete structures, masonry structures, and wooden structures in port engineering and hydropower and water conservancy projects, especially suitable for reinforcement of complex forms such as curved surfaces and nodes.
    3. The strength of the base concrete should not be lower than C15.
    4. The construction environment temperature should be within the range of 5–35°C, and the relative humidity should not exceed 70%.

  5. Construction Process

    1. Treat the base material;
    2. Prepare the carbon fiber impregnation adhesive;
    3. Cut the carbon fiber cloth;
    4. Apply the carbon fiber impregnation adhesive;
    5. Attach the cut carbon fiber cloth to the concrete surface;
    6. Roll-apply the carbon fiber impregnation adhesive for a second time;
    7. Allow to cure.
