I. Common national standard specifications and models: M8×110 mm, M10×130 mm, M12×160 mm, M16×190 mm, M20×260 mm, M24×300 mm, M30×380 mm.

My diameter and length are usually marked in inches or millimeters (mm).

M8, M10, M12, etc. are common diameter specifications. The larger the diameter, the corresponding increase in the strength and load-bearing capacity of the bolt.

My length is usually marked in millimeters (mm). 110, 130, 160, etc. are my common screw length specifications. The length depends on the thickness of the connected object and the penetration depth of the bolt.

Of course, my non-standard models can also be customized according to customer needs.

II. Strength grade

My strength grade: Common strength grades are 4.8, 5.8, 8.8, etc. The higher the strength grade, the greater the tensile strength and torque capacity of the bolt.

III. Material

My material is usually carbon steel and stainless steel. Different materials have different strengths and corrosion resistance. Choose the appropriate material according to engineering needs.

Stainless steel materials are divided into 304 stainless steel and 316 stainless steel;

Carbon steel materials include cold-galvanized carbon steel and hot-galvanized carbon steel;

For 5.8 grade/8.8 grade cold-galvanized carbon steel, the surface anti-corrosion treatment is 5μm ≤ thickness ≤ 14μm;

For 5.8 grade/8.8 grade hot-galvanized carbon steel, the surface anti-corrosion treatment is thickness ≥ 50μm.

IV. My characteristics:

Resistant to acid and alkali, heat-resistant, fireproof, and low temperature sensitivity;

No expansion and extrusion stress on the base material, suitable for heavy loads and various vibration loads;

Small installation spacing and edge distance requirements;

Quick installation, rapid curing, and does not affect the construction progress;

The curing agent is non-toxic and does not contain ethylenediamine.

V. My scope of application:

Post-planting of new concrete without embedded steel bars;

Suitable for planting and taking root of screws and steel bars in the base material in reinforcement and reconstruction projects;

Installation of various equipment and pipelines, and fixation of curtain wall brackets;

Bonding and fixing of wooden components, plastic components, metal components and steel structures;

Suitable for reinforcement of subway, highway, bridge, tunnel, nuclear power and water conservancy reconstruction and expansion projects;

Fixing of billboards, tunnel pipelines, sound barriers and guardrails of viaducts.

VI. My construction process:

① Drill the base material.

② Clean the hole thoroughly.

③ Insert the chemical anchor bolt agent tube into the hole.

④ Slowly screw in the chemical anchor bolt screw.

⑤ Wait for the colloid to cure.

VII. My curing time:

Note: If the ambient temperature is lower than -5℃, the curing time can be appropriately extended according to the above table.
