① Drill holes with ordinary drill bits.
② Expand the bottom with a special expanding drill.
③ Clean the inside of the hole.
④ Knock the sleeve until the buried depth line leaks out and the bottom expands.
⑤ The installation is complete.
·Table installation data unit is mm, technical specifications unit kN.
·The data in the table is based on C20/C25 base concrete. If the grade of the base material changes, the influence coefficient of concrete strength should be added according to the specification in accordance with the requirements of the technical department and the design drawings.
·Material in the table: 304 material is A2-70 stainless steel; 316 is made of A4-70 stainless steel.
·The table design load includes the material safety factor.
·Tabular data are applicable for: correct installation, infinity, no spacing effects, minimum substrate thickness.
·For the products not listed in the table, please consult the Technical Department of Shibang (Shanghai) Industrial Co., LTD
·Ccr.1.5hef: The critical edge distance of the anchor bolt when the ideal cone of concrete is damaged by tension (the critical distance from the center of the anchor bolt to the concrete boundary)
·Scr.N ≥ 3.0hef: the critical distance of anchors (the critical center distance between anchors and anchors) when the ideal cone of concrete is damaged by tension.
·Minimum margin of anchor bolt Cmin≥ 0.8hef: The minimum margin of anchor bolt without concrete splitting damage caused by installation.
·Minimum anchor bolt spacing Cmin ≥ 1.0hef: The minimum anchor bolt spacing that does not cause concrete splitting damage due to installation.
·hef: effective anchoring depth.
