③ Glue mixing: Mix the barrel-type planting bar adhesive according to the relevant mixing ratio and stir evenly;
④ Glue injection: Dip the reinforcing bars or screws full of glue and send the glue into the holes until it reaches 2/3 of the hole depth;
⑤ Planting bars: Slowly rotate the reinforcing bars or screws in the same direction and implant them into the holes until they touch the bottom of the holes and the adhesive overflows;
⑥ Curing: The rod body should not be touched within the initial setting time. After the complete curing, further construction and testing can be carried out.
V. Construction Precautions
Injection-type Rebar Bonding Adhesive:
① Before implanting the rebars, thoroughly clean the drilled holes and rotate the rod body to insert it into the holes. If there is no adhesive flowing out of the holes, the rod body must be pulled out and the adhesive injection operation must be repeated. It is strictly prohibited to touch the rod body before it is cured.
② The adhesive in the first tube of the static mixer that is dispensed should be discarded and cannot be used.
③ The unused adhesive can be cleaned out of the dispensing nozzle and then the cap can be tightened for subsequent use.
④ During construction, protective equipment such as gloves, masks, goggles and hard hats must be worn. If it accidentally gets on the skin or clothing.
Barrel-type Rebar Bonding Adhesive:
① Before implanting the rebars, thoroughly clean the drilled holes and rotate the rod body to insert it into the holes. If there is no adhesive flowing out of the holes, the rod body must be pulled out and the adhesive injection operation must be repeated.
