Construction and installation process:
Use an ordinary impact drill to drill holes according to the specification and model of the anchor bolt to be installed, and determine the drilling diameter and depth;
Use a reaming bit for secondary reaming;
Use a manual pump or pneumatic pump to clean the hole. The hole must be cleaned thoroughly;
Before installation, tighten each component first. Ensure that there is no looseness, and then insert the anchor bolt into the formed hole;
Use a fixture on the bolt to clamp the bolt to ensure that the screw does not rotate. Tighten the nut with a torque wrench;
Remove the fixture, loosen the nut, install the connecting piece to be fixed, and apply torque according to the requirements of the specification and model of the anchor bolt with a torque wrench. The installation is completed.
