·Used with SHB-A502 carbon fiber plate for structural reinforcement.
·Construction preparation: Positioning and laying out according to the design drawing.
·Substrate treatment: chisel off the concrete surface coating layer to be reinforced, smooth the surface, and blow the dust on the concrete surface.
·Configuration glue: According to the weight ratio A:B=3:1, mix the A.B component evenly in the packaging bucket.
·Apply glue: Evenly apply the configured glue on the surface of the carbon plate to avoid bubbles.
·Paste carbon plate: Paste the carbon plate on the concrete surface, remove the surrounding overflow glue and fix it.
·Curing: At room temperature, curing time should not be less than 24 hours.
·The curing temperature is not less than 5℃, the curing time is not less than 3 days when the ambient temperature is 20-25℃, and the curing time is not less than 7 days when the average temperature is 10℃.
·If the rubber in the A and B component packaging drum is not used up, it should be sealed and not exposed to the air for a long time.
·Gloves, masks, goggles, safety hats and other protective equipment must be equipped during construction.
·If accidentally on the skin or clothing, can be washed with acetone and plenty of water rinse.
·If ingested or spilled into eyes, seek medical attention immediately.
