Product Introduction

SHB-A503 carbon fiber impregnating adhesive is A, B two-component epoxy adhesive, mainly used for bonding carbon fiber cloth and other sheets, widely used in reinforcement construction. The product can be customized to produce no-base coating impregnating adhesive, so that it has a no-base coating effect, which can eliminate the use of carbon fiber substrate adhesive in construction.


Product features

· Low viscosity bisphenol A modified epoxy resin, no styrene, safe and non-toxic.

· Moderate viscosity, composite material formed with carbon fiber sheet has strong mechanical properties.

· Good infiltration and permeability, good thixotropic performance, good suspension makes the colloid flow less during vertical construction.

· Good aging resistance and medium (acid, alkali, salt) resistance.

· Room temperature curing, wide adhesive ratio, can adjust the adhesive ratio according to the temperature.

· No volatile solvent, non-toxic and so on.

Application scope

· This product is a high-performance epoxy fiber binder, which can be used for concrete, steel, ceramics, stone, wood and other substrates.

· Penetration bond with fiber fabrics such as carbon fiber, glass fiber, basalt fiber, aramid fiber, etc.

· Mainly used for reinforcing and strengthening building structures.

Notes

· The glue should be well ventilated during preparation and construction, and the adhesive surface should be clean and free of oil.

· Under normal circumstances, the amount of glue used per square meter of this product is about 0.6 to 0.8 kg, and the amount of glue used during construction should not be too little or too much.

· The curing temperature shall not be lower than 5℃, the curing time shall not be less than 3 days when the ambient temperature is 20-25℃, and the curing time shall not be less than 7 days when the average temperature is 10℃.

· Gloves, masks, goggles, safety hats and other protective equipment must be provided during construction.

· If accidentally on the skin or clothing, can be washed with acetone and plenty of water rinse.

· If ingested or spilled into eyes, seek medical attention immediately.
